Overall, my experience at Tatsumaki Ramen & Lounge was nothing short of fantastic. The combination of great food, friendly service, and modern ambiance makes it a must-visit for any ramen enthusiast. Make sure to add this gem to your list of go-to spots in Norman.

Great ramen and especially great chashu. I would come here on a cold day for lunch or dinner or both. You can't go wrong with the Tatsumaki ramen. They have amazing eggs and you can't go wrong with Mandu too. The service is very fast. Ambiance is also great!

Great food with excellent choices. Food portions are worth the price. Service is always quick and friendly. Expansion looks great.

Tatsumaki is genuinely one of my favorite restaurants in the world. This may sound unexpected for Norman, but I have not yet found better ramen anywhere else! When I come to Norman, I look forward to stopping by and always know the experience will be great. I am vegetarian, and their creamy veggie ramen is my go-to. The broth is so flavorful and they load it with toppings. They also have sriracha in case you want to add a bit of spice to it. My favorite appetizer is the vegetable tempura, it is so good, crispy, and light. Service is decent, but the ramen is what they are known for. The ambiance is a little dim and perfect for date night! My only call-out is they offer a 50 cent "chili bomb" to add some spice to your ramen. The ingredients are not listed on the menu, and I recently found out that there is dried shrimp in it, which was disappointing. I will still always go back when I'm in the area (and dream of their noodles!)

Good food, good service, and cute place to have dinner! The chicken is definitely a must try!

Norman does have some good places to eat and pretty good variety. Tatsumaki Ramen & Lounge is one of them. I like the spicy tantan ramen at this place. It's a tonkotsu style ramen, my favorite type of ramen. I love the runny egg, super yummy to me but some people may not like it. Quality very comparable to Tamashii. The spicy tuna roll was a little small. However, it was only $7 so I can't really complain. It was good but also a very basic roll, nothing special really. I would highly recommend ramen over sushi at this place. It has a decent bar area. Service was good. Slightly less than 50% occupancy on this particular Saturday noon hour.

Great place to go had our waiter checking on us often the ramen was great the sushi was ok. There's no AC and it's 92° out so that wasn't the best but still had a good time!

Great sushi and poke bowls, in addition to their amazing ramen! We love sitting at the bar with a Malibu Black & Sprite, and Asahi!

This place was absolutely amazing. The only downside, was how hot it was in the restaurant. It has an open kitchen, so that made it hot. We had a couple of appetizers, edamame and takoyaki. Very good, just let them cool off a couple of minutes, because when you get them they're like eating molten lava. Then there's the ramen. I had the seafood ramen and my son had the special pork ramen. The broth with seafood ramen was very rich and creamy. It would make for a great comfort food. The broth for the pork ramen would have been good, but my son put a special chili blend in his. It made it super spicy. I tried just a small taste and it was way too spicy for me. It was so spicy that my son had sweat running down his face. Finished the dinner some mango mochi. I would have given 5 stars, but was just so hot in there.

Great service, great food! Stopped by on a whim, and noticed lots of foot traffic coming in and out. It has to be good, right? I got seated, ordered a Sapporo, and started the meal with shrimp shumai. It was a little more doughy than others I've had, but I gave this a pass. Now for the ramen, I tried the Tastsumaki and added a bit of their chili bomb (a chili flake paste, served on the side) and it kicked up the heat. Just a note: the chili bomb is HOT. So add a little at a time. The ramen broth was fantastic. The pork was tender and the egg was perfectly cooked. The staff was very friendly and was overall a great experience.
